settle.. solve..., after 4month...

I been bought a k750i from this b@stard at RM610 in early July by COD method, on that day we meet, he telling me that he left the 64mb Memory Stick in his hometown in Penang.. He claim been use RM100 to change the housing before where the original housing is in bad condition...
He promise to give 1 month personal warranty and will give me the 64mb Memory Stick within few weeks. Since that time i'm in hurry due to my old hp been spoil so i deal with him... Before deal with him i been test the phone for few minute before the battery empty, i found out 1 of the touchlight LED is bright the another 1 and he say it is due to low battery..
2 days later, i found that the battery is not lasting at all. I charge the phone for 2 hours(100%) and i only able to use it to call 90minute and the battery totally flat out..
I PM him and tell him about that and he say it is normal, so i didn't suspect more because i'm never used SE phone before...
Few days later i found that the RM100 housing is atcually a 'pasar malam' housing, the keypad already abit out of position!! beside that i also find out the handsfree is also not working..
and soon 1 of the 2 touchlight LED is totally not working!!! And he still didn't give me the 64mb Memory Stick where he promise..
So i sms him and inform him, he say will refund back the money to me... and i wait but 10 days later nothing happen so i PM him, SMS and even call him. He never reply my message and never answer my call... Or pick up my call but let me talk to the air... He is totally ignored me!!
At that point i was so angry and check out the Official LYN Blacklist & Minor Offenders List and i found his hp number under another nick 'blackant' on No:41...

5 weeks later, I sold this phone later to a handphone shop at RM480 because it just make me feel angry everytime i saw this phone... i trying to sell it in LYN by PM to those interested include the hp condition and they offer me between RM400-RM450..
