5. May be silly question but, what happens if someday Blizard decides to shut down all the servers. Does that mean I can no longer play the game I purchased?

1. Skills are unlocked when leveling. You can't level up the skills, but you can use runes and legendary loots to improve it. Stats are automatically raised each time you level up. 2. Blizz Store selling the base game and expansion for $39.99 each , local retailers around RM110 each. Safest way would be buying directly from store, unless you wanna keep the box then go for retail copy.
3. Just backup the file. When want to reinstall, just set the directory to the D3 files
4. Now server is quite stable comparing to the launch time. There are weekly maintenance, usually on Tuesday night. Follow their FB or twitter for quick update on server status.
5. They haven't said anything about that so hard to say. Not that they gonna bankrupt soon anyway
