Did you learned the basics of nutrition? If so, you should know that food choice doesn't really affect your bulking/cutting. It's the calorie that matters.
If you faced problem in filling calorie to bulk, try peanut butter, milk, egg as they are easy to prepare, nice to eat, and high in calorie. |

Whatever it is, stick to basics and simple foods such as chicken, rice, meat, eggs, veges, and fruits. You might want to minimize the fat such as avoiding the oily foods.

Just back from mamak.
Tandoori + teh tarik + chapati = 500+ calories. 5pcs half hard boiled large eggs + 1tbsp mayonaisse + 1tbsp olive oil = 600+ calories 10mins to prepare, 1mins to down, 30seconds wash dish. Now eating peanut butter while typing.. 200calories for 2tbsp.. Total 1,400+ calories for dinner.. Not that hard man.. 2.5 meals like this a day.. |
