I've been waiting for a 16:9 version of Pro Evolution Soccer for YEARS. Now it's finally happening.

Is it coming out in Europe first? Wherever it is, I hope it's region free. This game online will eat my life.

Of course, PES series has always been the European versions of the same WE that's released in Japan in the same year. There's usually no upgrades between WE and PES games, although there were some notorious downgrades (I really really hated PES2)

hmm.. hopefully they would revamp the graphics a bit mo.. cnt see much frm the trailer.. but whn u look at the pics in gamespot.. it looks truly lyk a next-gen we11..
definitely gettng this game.. hopefully they'll be able to change the cardboard looking crowd.. & the way fans cheering fo their team & hopefully konami gets more licenses fo team jersey & boots..

I think people here have been playing PAL games on their NTSC machines. I know it works the other way around.

Well, only the Premier League. They've got the French League fully licensed for Pro Evo 6 now, so that's France, Italy, and Spain covered now.

Well they already have Chelsea and Arsenal, and now MU confirmed. That's pretty much the favourite teams already But I'd have preferred the Bundesliga teams instead of the French Ligue. Having authentic Bayern Munchen jerseys would be great compared to Lyon or Marseille
