Hi Guys,

after i moved to another place to stay, i register for a new Unif VIP5.

after the installation of the unifi, it works fine with the internet. Nothing wrong.

but the problem is when i start playing Dota 2 or CS:GO in Steam, it run normally but after i was in the game it keeps showing the error message "WARNING: CONNECTION PROBLEM AUTO-DISCONNECT IN 25 Sec".

normally the error juz appear for around 5 sec after that the game run normal again, after few sec the error pop out again. and keep repeat & repeat.

i using 5mb unifi...and i dont think the problem is at the unifi and also my pc it okay for the game.

is it my steam client problem or firewall setting ???

anyone face the same problem like me???

PLEASE HELP !!!!

You need to reduce variables in set-up. I was thinking that the wireless router has low processing speed and limited buffer. Why don't you try to connect direct to BTU. Check if still the same.

I'm not gamer but even for normal heavy downloading the TM AP always hanged at my brother's house. He bought something better but the name is not something likely most users heard of. He was having 20Mbps and also 10Mbps

Looks like this is common problem when I googled. Perhaps something to do with modem setup with Dota. Try read this
