Harvest Moon Back to Nature and Harvest Moon Save the Homeland, I think you have to buy and download from PSN under Classics section.

The closest other game you can get is Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny but if planting crops, taking care of farm and nurturing livestocks are your focus then this might not suit you. This game is RPG with Harvest Moon elements. The RPG part dominates the game.

The Harvest Moon elements you'll find are:

Dumbed down farming.
Play as boy or girl(you've to finish the boy's story first).
4 seasons.
Socializing with local townsfolk. Each person has relationship gauge for your convenience to check how familiar you're each other.
Festivals and events.
8 bachelorettes and 3 bachelors you can marry.
Have a kid.
Cooking, crafting, forging, carpentering and mixing herbs.
Upgrading house.
How much has the farming been dumbed down?

No need to till the field, buy seeds, watering or planning on what you want to grow. Who will take care of the crops? That would be monsters you tamed during dungeon exploration. There are 4 islands(Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter). You sow the seeds using magic wand. The sprouts magically appear on soil, randomly placed. That's why no need for tilling. The sprouts will grow into certain type of crop depending on what type of monster you assign to an island(6 monsters per island). Harvesting can be done by yourself or employ harvesting type monster.

No cow, sheep, chicken horse? Yep, they are replaced with monsters. You can brush them to raise their affection, give cookies to motivate them to work and harvest things they produced(milk, egg, wool and stuff for crafting and forging). High affection will allow the monster to grow better type crops.
