Papillon Desahill 1k psf
danau impian 600 psf
1 desa residence 850 psf
desa 8 also 900psf

so this one 1k doesnt impossible

If price to high no point buying unless for your own stay coz don't expect price to continue to appreciate like before the past 2-3 years. Further more in 2015 there will be a lot of condo ready by than maybe u can even choose some with better location & lower pricing in the sub sale market.

Danao Desa abandoned school has been set up the site hoarding recently. Wonder is that piece of land or not
