Hi, let me answer some of your guys query about this project.
-Camellia Residence is the 2nd phase of Kontan Emas (M) S/B development in Semenyih. It’s 1st phase is Teratai @ Bandar Tasik Kesuma, which is going to hand over around Oct/Nov’14. Kontan Emas will have 1600 units’ future development in Bandar Tasik Kesuma.
-Camellia Residence have perimeter fencing (5ft – 6ft height)
-No CCTV
-only 1 row is 50" feet (the row nearest to proposed entry / exit ) and the rest of the rows are 40" frontage. Lorong at the back of the house is at 20" ft.
-Fr Kontan Emas master plan, developer has reserve land for sekolah rendah & sekolah Menengah but it depends on government to build or not to build sekolah at there. We also have a land for college so it also depends on which college is interested to start their collage there.
-For the petrol station, is under developer future development. Fr developer master plan we will have 2 petrol stations & some shop houses/commercial area also.
-Kontan Emas have to spend about RM1mil to build a new road and make the landscape garden in Camellia Residence. The road is start fr tangki air Syabas there to the site of Camellia Residence.
-Fr the master plan there will be 9 blocks of shops. Developer propose to convert only few blocks of the shops to residential but it is not easy to convert commercial to residential so just ignore there will be any convertion of commercial to residential.
