and where can i play music for free?

I have been using ART for a few weeks on my note 3. Personally I have not found an app that fail to work. I think most app would be fine and those i heard not running are mainly games.

nope. unless your Gmail account is somehow 'attached' to USA.

in my case, my Google profile is half here, half there. so i end up getting stuffs like TV/ Movies. but... some apps for Malaysia... i can't install.

If you've used it for like maybe 1 year ago, now they're totally different. No bulk and bloat. Very sleek and smooth. I really love the hover feature.

I was a Gnex user for 2+ years so it's kind of bloated (too many features, lacks optimization) but nowadays with different sets of values, it's all better. Not sure when did PA supported N4 tho. 
Pie mode> and generally how sistematic PA is with their updates. I find CM a little buggy at times.

Yes. Changing the nav/status bar colours and stuff. Tablet UI etc. Making them transparent even before Google did them on KK. 

Kinda wows people that time.

How often do you use the earphones? In my case, almost never, unless I'm travelling, so something like the pistons will be more than enough. When I'm at home I prefer a real stereo hifi setup with speakers, and don't like having sound pounding so close to my ears.

Actually if u go to any Sony store try out their earphones below rm200 also surprisingly good.  Should be able to get better prices if u search online. I find some of their more expensive models too artificial though,  so much bass it overpowers the mid and treble.

not that often... just watch movies occasionally. that's why i'm curious to know how big a difference, especially when compared with the one i got with my Note 2...
btw, how did your phone go? all OK? fixed? or did you meet up with one of the members here to help you out?

looks more like yellow. and not surprised. many optical shops now sell glasses that cut down on the bright lue lights emited by LCD/ LED screens. supposedly too much of this light is no good. so these glasses soften the 'light' and reduce the blue... making things more yellow.

personally, i don't think its good idea to ditch CM.

just solely concentrating on hardware alone isn't going to help a company make $$$. what differentiate one phone from the other is software.

Samsung started off on the right track and had some useful stuffs on their earlier phones. ask any Note 2 users -- they stuff implemented on that phone was amazing... floating browser, floating video player, pen functions, etc... it really differentiated it. but of course we all know Samsung got carried away and put it waAAAAaaAAAaaay too many software, to the point many became useless.

no doubt the phone's open to other software and there are developers... but how many can help push OnePlus and make OnePlus stand out?

i've seen how some ROMS for note 2 claim to have so many new Note 3 + S5 functions. after testing them... we came to realise, many don't work, or not stable. i found out many note 2 users eventually went back to stock. i'm also back to 'stock' ROM -- ARHD.

and i don't think AOSP is just going to cut it. if they want 'regular users' to buy the phone, it needs to have some useful features (software) that may not come with AOSP. things like floating apps, off-screen gestures, etc... sometimes, Google don't have all these. take a basic example: calendar widget that displays the month. Google Calendar don't have such widget though its very useful. Samsung's got that with the s planner widget. one glance, i can see the whole month's activities, including birthdates, public holidays, etc..

I'm cheapskate when come to SP as I rather change few then stick with one expensive sp.

Depends on how many years you tend to drive .. I drive 7 'cars' in space of 2 months, 2 Xiaomi Mi3, 1 LG G2, 4 Oneplus One, .. whatever I buy will only benefit the next owner lol

Pay less for more. Moto still not one of these brand but I like their under powered hardware + optimised software.

Wrong word, not under powered but does not require very high spec to run smoothly.
