Reporting for Touch n Go reload at the Kinrara Petronas. Claims it's free but if you use an AmEx card, you're charged RM 1.00. Regardless of top up amount. The RM 1 has to be paid cash - they claim cannot minus off from the TnG Card. This is done via the normal counter - the TnG hub cannot accept CC
