I guess some site don't update the gst implementation for the card although its there.
The source only dig what written in their respective site.

also found out from BSN site;

the 5% actually is from plusmiles not bsn while the 20% is from plus (which already ended) not from bsn. just that this bsn cc is linked to plusmiles (instead of normal tng) which is why they have these benefits.

yeah, plusmiles belongs to plus, so the 5% is from plus. the 20% is from tng and got subsidised by gomen. my fingers don't sync with my brain because both of them have another task that time which is driving. lol...

besides, i don't see any tng hub/kiosk accepting amex yet.
