Zing card need to use highway only can auto reload or other also can reload ? For example if my balance is rm101 i take ktm kommunter pay by using zing card can the auto reload works?

Surely the margin very low as seen by historically all those offering CC for reload eventually cancel it. Also the fact that they have to purchase the reload for up-front cash.

so when a person didn't drive to the highway, then he/she will be stuck with no money in their zing card.

true! i dont see any benefits to it except the auto-reload. Good for those outstation or not accessible to reload locations (e.g. outside of KV).

since i'm always 100% within KV, manual reloading TnG is a no-issue for me and I can use it to pay for merchandise as well.

I tried to reload TnG at Giant Kinrara5 using Giant gift card (purchase with WISE CC) but was told cash payment only.
I guess it still depend on how well informed of the staff manning the TnG counter.

Need the community here to report which Giant outlet can accept gift card for TnG reload.

try to contact Giant via http://www.giant.com.my/contact-us/contact.aspx . tell them you have issue using gift card to reload TnG.

they called me back within 1 day after i filled up the online contact form.


However, i've tried to get the list of Giants that accept TnG reload, nobody is answering the Marketing Dept's number.

Well, I supposed it was just that staff i dealt with not aware of company's policy, I can try on other staff or other outlet. I don't want to make so much noise and bring up the attention of Giant's management. Too much noise may backfire too. Just keep low profile and enjoy the benefit while still can.

if u can reload at Giant Kinrara 5 with Wise, it'd be good news cuz Giant is just a few km further up from Petronas Kinrara (those who carry both Wise + Amex)

No, don't use wise to Topup TnG at petronas, you wouldn't get CB because it is not swipe at the pump.

tng per month >rm400. petrol per month >rm800. i'm a hardworking taxi driver.

1) as long as your tng reload don't exceed rm100 per time.
2) same rules as above but watami has no 3% for petrol transaction.

Capping of rm100 by CC issuers or Petrol Stations?

not capping, just to prevent your transaction being easily flagged as non-petrol.
