I respect people who trains their legs diligently , but don't u think have 2 days straight of legs is too much ? Well unless u separate one day as "push" and the other as "pull"exercises .

"push" and "pull" as in workout types.

example :

For chest
bench press = push (triceps used)
flyers = pull (biceps used)

or

for legs
leg extension = push
leg curls = pull


correct me if i am wrong. just what I've able to understand throughout reading the threads and workout journals .
