Okok, to b fair. Let me put in my tot of kajang semenyih har.

Been travelling a lot many yrs ago to kajang n semenyih cos hav one of my associates n quite a number of clients running biz there.

I nvr likey the journey to kajang semenyih back then since 1998 - 2008. But no doubt the travelling time is shorten since silk n now more n more new highways is built.

And actually oso depend on which part of semenyih u r goin to fr kl. I'm not sure bout the name of the roads but if using the sg besi highway, it wont take too long la. I usually use the jln cheras which has the worst nightmare for drivers.

Howeva, I dun agree to noone staying there. Even investors oso hav an option to either invest onot. Some even went jb tim. Its not bout painting nice pics onot. Its bout opportunity.

Someone's poison might b another's cure ma. Bro bear, its not too hard to solve tis prob for urself. I blif u ll stay in ur job for yrs to come. Hence, travelling to city is hectic for u. So u can choose a nearer loc or just stick to kajang semenyih and chance to a new job with beta future which is nearer to tat part of town.

Real case here. A cousin live just across the st of my house in early 2000. 15KM to klcc. Market boomed in 2009. Sold his house n bot kd, nearer to sg buluh part la. Tat time stil not too expensive. Min loan nia cos the old house loan settled.

2010 bot another in shah alam due to uptrend market. Same yr sold the kd house for great profit. 2011 bot kemuning. Almost same price as shah alam but sold the shah alam with profit oso.

Now settled in kemuning cos beh tahan moving house to house every yr.

Has some spare cash in pocket during the bull run but moved further away liao. rclxub.gif

No rite or wrong ge. Its his choice ma. He feels gd living there as he is a freelancer. No big deal in travelling cos he oso travel outstation vely often to carry out job.

Those lelong usually not the best units. Some gd ones oledi gobbled up even b4 banks took action.

Dun forget, there is oso owner auction which they can put it up in auction house as agent to dispose b4 kena saman.
