Offices unit at shop houses and basic office buildings ll not b doin well in the next 8-10 yrs.
A grade offices ll do vely well. Soho at certain areas might b doin exceptionally well but most ll kantoi. Condo sure kantoi for big tickets. Landed no worries if for holding. Shops at grd flr ll face competition due to malls. Stratafied shops ll do beta than conventional shops for the next few yrs but the trend might not last too long. Most factories ll not b facing big issue regardless link, smd, detached. Lands sure surge in price. All above my pov for rental market except lands. Sekian terima kasih. QUOTE(CK15 @ Aug 9 2014, 09:54 PM) As usual, some but not all fastories will doing well, but only kayu balak investor like boss can afford. Yup boss, not all factories but most ll do beta compared to most shops for now.For LAND, any specific type, location, and size to invest? Lotsa link factories r being used up for storage due to cheaper rental in psf. And some commi factories r being used for showrooms rather than shops oso bcos due to cheaper rental in psf and of cos bigger space. It's interesting to c the transformation in slow pace for the past few yrs and I blif it continues for the near future. For land, agri cpo lands r stil ok to invest for cap appre. Some ppl buy lands to plant fruit trees while waiting for the cap appre. V hav a buddy here doin so. Land loc is subjective. A pc of land performing here does mean the land nxt to it ll do the same. Size of cos depend on loc la. Fren just bot 1000 acres in Martin. But he won't b buying even an acre in klcc. This post has been edited by ManutdGiggs: Aug 10 2014, 08:13 AM |

Focus on self strength to make moolah. Dun spend time focus on others strength or weakness to look for excuses.
True investors bring in moolah not analysis. Dun tell me investors invest for fun not for moolah. Make sensible decision n b realistic. |

QUOTE(jolokia @ Aug 10 2014, 10:29 AM) I know a few fella really buy property for fun only, when ask how the property they bought they said donno, people say buy property I buy lah, not renting out also don't care, just keep it empty, some even more than year empty, they don't even bother go & look at the conditions of the property, just buy & keep, no intention to look for buyer also. Contradiction. Last time when uuu mentioned keep units vacant ddd curse those who keeping vacant units to die of installments.Basically they bought the property because his friend & relative bought property & heard of keeping property better than keep cash. Don't look down on youngsters hoh, Latuk manutdgidds, later you may need to ikut him cari makan, he is young still have many chances, compared to us old folks with1 leg in the coffins already...lol Now u Pulak say so n accused me looking down on somebody??? |

QUOTE(CloudAtla$ @ Aug 10 2014, 11:33 AM) All the bear bear blaming speculator for high property price. Speculation do play major part in the hike of property price beside development costs which is also getting higher and higher. But it also come back to basic theory of supply and demand. If a developer putting profit margin of 30% and buyers still buying, anything wrong with that? Or if you think their profit margin is 100% and you still buy without a gun been pointed to your head, do you still complaining you bought an over priced property? You are blaming developer or buyer for this transaction? It all about invidual affordability and supply/demand in market. If no demand, you sell cheap cheap also nobody want. When kids whine, wat do parents do???Attached thumbnail(s) |
