Many people go study/education n get a degree. So by your meaning, u should avoid go get education n stay at home instead? If people all move to stay n live in a civilized city, so u ll go stay n live in an uncivilized forest hope can be tarzan neighbour?

Not sure your lecturer buy his degree or what. Historically, those who bought properties before 1997 n 2007 during the bull run n didnt escape, today their properties may have double or triple the value lor. So u dont believe? Go check out the price n compare with today's price. Those who sold have to buy back with much high price for the same property they sold 10 or 20 years ago.

So glaring mistake....

Many vacant units because 1 buyer got few properties so they dont stay in all their houses. Your idol jolokia say got friends buy for fun n keep it there which I believe got many. In dilemma actually. Wanted buy cheap property but not to the extent of crash.

When economy slump, will have big worries with our clients as we got big exposure.....will have hard time n got to work extra OT to protect our exposure n big boss will have lots of pressure throws down.....
