HI! Could you guys kind enough to recommend me laptop with Specification:

1. Preferred Brand : All except Acer & HP
2. Budget : RM 2000 - 2500 (Preferable around 2000)
3. Usage : Engineering Software; Auto CAD, 3D, Office etc
4. Preferred laptop/screen size : 14 inch and below
5. Special Request : If possible any ultra book recommendation? Used by a girl further study at Aussie. Laptop would be OK but not too bulky. Lightweight is more preferable.

Thanks in advanced guys!

Searching laptop for a girl. She want a light weight laptop

I came across to Samsung Ativ 9 Book Lite, Lenovo (Flex 2, S410p) still heavy, and Dell Vostro 5470. Any suggestion other than that?

For a decent laptop (and light gaming) I would suggest for increasing your budget to 2500 at least. Within this budget you can get wide range of laptop for daily used. including 15 inch laptop. If you still restrict your budget under 2k, then would go for 2nd hand unit. As you've spoken spec is all that matter, A new under 2k laptop would not satisfy you
