1. Preferred Band : Anything but not Acer
2. Budget : As low as possible, maximum would be 3k or so, but keep it as low as possible
3. Usage : Movie (up to 1080p if possible), Maplestory (full party bossing without lag while spamming all those skills)
4. Preferred laptop/screen size : 15 inches above

NOTE : I want it to have a CD/DVD-ROM.

This? Just go torrent a Windows 7 / 8, upgrade ram (I heard it is useful for encoding videos).
