Hi, guys. Need your expert advice again.

1. Preferred Brand: Any
2. Budget: around RM2k
3. Usage: Movies, web browsing, gaming (Dota 2), For friend's little brother who is going to be an engineering student >.<
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: not smaller than 14", but if can't find within price range, 13" would also be ok.

3. Usage : Assignments, typing lots and lots of papers, throw in a little bit of movies and music, and sometimes also some really light gaming. But all and all, the typing experience must be prioritized. And also easy to carry around since will be bringing it everywhere.
4. Preferred laptop/screen size (x) : below 14' (I actually really love the 12.5 screen size of the Lenovo Thinkpad T440.)

Should i go for a Macbook air? I've never crossed the divide before. Or can I get something similar with a windows Ultrabook?
