hello. im looking for a new laptop

1. Preferred Brand: any brand
2. Budget: less than 1.8k
3. Usage: not for games, for work/study/internet browsing, probably will need to install lots of softwares for work
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: at least 13 inch, 15inch also can, prefer light laptop for because need to carry everywhere
