2. Budget up to 3.5k
3. Usage: college use, gaming, streaming, video editing etc.
4. Preferred size 14-15 inches

Or should I just get a MBP?

Revised my budget. University student here in need of new laptop

1. No preferred brand
2. Budget less than 3k
3. Used for assignments, gaming (wolfenstein, watchdogs etc), photo/ video editing, web browsing
4. Preferred screen size 14~15.6"
5. Battery life and smooth multitasking an added bonus.

I've done some research and found that the lenovo y40 or y410 to be my best options. Which one should I get? Other suggestions are more than welcome.

May I know when the y50 and y40 will be released?
