Hello looking for 2 types of laptop recommendation.

Option 1:
1. Preferred Brand: HP, MSI or any of the top contenders for gaming laptops
2. Budget: 4k rm
3. Usage: Gaming (FPS Games or RPG games at high settings), Programming or university purposes
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: Doesn't matter to me

Option 2:
1. Preferred Brand: Whichever brand
2. Budget: Check the usage below, I'm sure prices are low for this type of usage,or not
3. Usage: This one is for my dad, he uses it for surfing the net only, nowhere near using it for heavy purposes
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: Maybe adequate screen size for old people

Note: We live in Sabah, so ordering things from West Malayia is a bit troublesome for us

1. Preferred Brand - Whichever good brands these days
2. Budget - Around the RM3k mark
3. Usage - Mostly gaming, watching videos, surfing the web and student stuffs
4. Preferred laptop/screen size - 15" should be okay

Note:
Looking to play the latest FPS games nowadays at around mid-high settings if possible with the requirements I stated above, if not then low settings is alright too.
And maybe a good cooling laptop too, mine currently gets heated up real quick..
