my theory for getting good bass is

300W woofer muz use more than 300W amplifier..

so tat ur amplifier can control the woofer rather than ur woofer controling ur amplifier..
(W measurement as @ rms)

time allignment maybe can help u on tat... not 2 forget.. powerful and high accuracy amp delivers any types of bass tat u want..

yarh.. dude.. don u try 2 match an alpine speakers and alpine amplifier together.. "high pitch" (high trebel in my dictionary) will b produced.. i was 1 of the guy who did tat match.. super regret..

bright speakers match wif warm amps sounds good 2 me.. neutralise liao.. ha! ha!

this amplifier only produces power 2 the subwoofer...

i blif tat ur comp speakers r withdrawing power from ur HU so it will not affect ur current comp speakers..

about how good this setup is.. i haf definately no idea @ all cz JBL sounds OK OK as in quality... bcz i blif this might b ur budget allocated for bass setup..... correct me if i'm wrong..

i think u can call up tat guy and haf an audit.. if it's good and it reaches ur expectation then maybe u can think think..
