I agree some company would gives higher increment to avoid employee being hired by other company and leak of company information. But not all post are that important, and not many company able to pay that much resulting still many company paying low increment.

As for me, I am looking for higher pay and better position always until it reach my requirement. My planning is to take a degree while working so I need a job that have pretty nice salary plus enough freedom for me
