timing is flex but normally 1 day 8hrs only... or less

it's not about salary, it's about what you can contribute to the company and the knowledge you get in return... i dun like what i'm doing because the management will always thorw something which other people don't want to do, to me. making me feel like dbkl but if i think another way, i always benefits from the experience and i'm the expert when doing knowledge transfer to my replacement as i will no longer doing daily task. Until then, i feel like i'm consultant hehehe...

It can be good and bad. I've dropped my technical skills substantially, but at the same time I've gained more exposure (customer facing, problem solving, get chance to travel overseas for project and whatnot). Other than that working in established company gives me decent salary, good benefits and nice working environment.

I forsee myself changing to another company (probably telco operator) in another 2 years. But anything can happen...
