How to clean your Redline air filter

Cleaning my Redline performance filter which I use for 3000KM mileage. You are recommended to clean about 5000KM~8000KM mileage usage.

1. Stand by water and air filter.


2. Put some soap, light soap for kitchen use or car wash use will do. Bubble ready


3. Put in air filter for cleaning


4. Slowly shake, take it in and out about 5~10min. Now you can see the water color become dark. Use only 3000KM and you can see this filter really can filter dust.


5. Take out the filter and clean with plain water. Do not use high pressure water shoot at it.


6. OK, now leave it some way to dry naturedly.

ya hi,car is skoda superb 1.8t.same engine with audi a4 1.8t and TT 1.8t.i think all audi 1.8t longitudinal mounted use same filter

So it is better you measure your own filter size. We experience before given customer filter size base on record but end up some unique case happened .. use different filter rather than regular one.
