If you want to invest in Offices, u have to select reputable developer like UOA. I really do not know who is next to UOA. Seems like UOA is the only 1.

Not sure about SP Setia. Seem like not very experience except for its pricey projects. Furthermore, Old time all left.
MRCB, heard some complains over their projects at Sentral. Seputeh 9 seems not picking up. Personally, UOA still the best. |
