Made my order yesterday, payment completed...TS did not inform in advance that she doesn't have enough stock on hand, so I was left waiting for shipping confirmation for the whole day. I hope TS will always keep buyer notified in advance if there's any inconvenience. I guess your time is equally important as mine. I made order and completed payment on 20 october. Seller promised to post out the next day which is 21 october, and estimated arrival time is 2 - 3 working days. Seller has never given me tracking number or follow up with me. my item never arrived to me until today. i asked for the tracking number yesterday and questioned where my item is, finally gave me the tracking number. this morning, i checked on the tracking number, only notice that my item posted out yesterday. You are busy, so does everyone. please, improve your service. |
