I made order and completed payment on 20 october. Seller promised to post out the next day which is 21 october, and estimated arrival time is 2 - 3 working days. Seller has never given me tracking number or follow up with me. my item never arrived to me until today. i asked for the tracking number yesterday and questioned where my item is, finally gave me the tracking number. this morning, i checked on the tracking number, only notice that my item posted out yesterday.

You should have notified me that pos express was out of stock, and not quiet there and wait for me to chase you after a week never receive your item. If you say posted out on monday, why did I check the tracking number you gave on Wednesday was invalid. the tracking only came about on thursday that item posted out on Wednesday.
