hi guys have a noob question here. my saga sv is due for 4th service (free service already finish) and i have a few problems with the car.. namely the door sensor is not working anymore (open front and back right side doors the light wont turn on, door indicator on dashboard also not on), front passenger window not working (sometimes working sometimes not when open or close doors, maybe loose wiring), aircon vent rattling when moving, engine sometimes cant start (like dead battery but wait like one min then the engine can start normally, happens around 5-6 times after buying the car a year ago).

so my question is, if i go to service center (for service) will they be able to take care of these problems? will i be charged extra? is it covered in the warranty or something?

already went to SC this morning. seems to be good for now. door light indicator ok now, something to do with the sensor. power window because of loose wiring. the engine start problem, they said its something to do with the ECU setting. said they fixed it. since this problem comes occasionally only, will have to see if it happens again

the moment start yingine edi constant tak tak tak tak sound at no matter what speed I going. As for vibration... cant feel any...coz the car memang got too much vibration everywhere. pick up feels like the same. fc feels like same. top end... macam same. Tried using garden rubber hose jadi doctor can hear the tak tak tak sound comes from the runner valve switch side (alternator side), not the purge valve side.

SE mileage about 26k liao

I know nestum not the cheapest in town. At times, I get better deal from Ah Hee. You and I went and pickup the n3w rims 3 years ago at Teoh Brothers, both of us know the kind of services Ah Hee and the 4eye Unker did was marvelous and extremely reasonable price. Yet again, it's not their own shop. Sincerely, I went to nestum is because of the way he handle my car, the way he deal with me, the way he do business. Is nestum himself alone I gave my business to, not because of KEAN LEE HIN. Not only the few cars of myself, my family, extended family, all I've sent to him and so far no complain YET(ofcourse I hope there never will be). This is the amount of credibility nestum planted in my head. I'm sorry to said, even if 1 day KEAN LEE HIN open a new branch just opposite of my house, and if nestum is not there I'll still travel all the way to Jln Ipoh. Reason being? It's HIS OWN, WHERE HE IS.

For me, professional service comes 1st then reasonable price. If a shop have a very low price but poor service and workmanship. I also won't consider going. I prefer workshop that is honest, professional and give other options and solution when a customer find a job or parts expensive or a bit out of his/her budget able to give and take some. Also treat customers' car like own car. 

It's just my 2 cent principle because I myself also running business. My customers also always push for lower pricing (I don't blame them, it's a norm for buyer) but I try explaining to them why my pricing is like this and what value and assurance you get from from my products. Some of my customers told me to sell cheaper by way of reducing my products quality which I strongly rejected because. My company name is my image and my rice bowl. I can't lower my standards just to sell cheaper because in the end of the day I will lose more.

So, are you gonna explain to me and Mr.Ti 1 by 1 over whatsapp rather than here? Or you don't even bother to correct me even if I misunderstood you? No offense please. Mark my word, 1 day when you have your own shop, I will commit to test your "hand gesture" 手势

Hey kenjilew, if you do not like the matter of someone that you're not agreed with, you don't have to. Please don't let a small barrier to stop the greatness of you. LYN is only a platform for people to communicate and possibly dealt business with.
