Sent in my phone for warranty yesterday, faulty flashlight. Just receive a sms that it's ready for collection.

My zenfone 5 don't have OTA updates, press check update do nothing, right now im using very old ver WW1.12. Can I update to ver 1.18 from that then kitkat? or should I update step by step?
By the way, I can't find Kitkat firmware on Asus website, did they just remove that? Latest firmware on website are 1.18.40.9 only |

Hi all,
Bought my zenfon 5 yesterday night (10/10/2014). Still in familiarization. Probably otai here can help me: 1) How to move Whatsapp to SD Card? 2) What option can I use to get battery power life longer?
