Lol u jus find aeon bukit tinggi n then follow the route northwest toward shah alam, kj, pj etc.. can see square bloks..very accurate so far..

Yes this is the initial proposed stations n i dont see much protests so i bliv the final location shouldnt be too far off..90% sure..

I think some landed in temasya, damansara laegnda/idaman,d kayangan are too close to the alignment with some only 30m so 1 can expect some tweaking of the alignment.

Proposed LRT alignment is on wikimapia with black lines or dotted lines..

MRT corp already mentioned potential bad integration.. I bliv if its airconditioned walk n ticketless transfer then ok.. in klang, got integration with KTM n 450m n impossible to walk thru if no bridge..

even our KL sentral MRT no tunnel n jus walking in an existing bridge with a VERY sempit elevator..

Im assuming u mean the interchange b4 they implemented the ticketless transfer la.. i actually nvr cross over to the star lrt.. how far is it? btw, 350m is quite a distance...

Tht one definetely different but LRT n MRT corp should work something out.. either way they are gona lose money

bro took some time to write it out wor.. mus use wikimapia those well maintained highrise very close to the LRT will do well as more n more offices hv fewer carparks n driving costs to work rise.. heck i even know some company the staff until 20+k no carpark n some of them take LRT

i think its mostly cos many ppl know tht they can go KL n back in 30mins everyday n if u drive u stuck in the jam, if rain bla bla can be 1 hour plus.. this is of cos those within 23-40 yrs old.. the older gen still feel mus drive

true also n always get a seat anyway no newsflow of land acquisition etc of this LRT3.. i do hope tht the selangor govt works closely with Prasarana.. this project is VERY critical fr shah alam ppl (Sec 7 until 13) who currently use KTM to work in KL whrby they mus drive to batu 3 or shah alam KTM on the other side.. the klang side of the LRT line will cover the MAIN road of klang with dense pop of young pipu.. Kelana jaya many of those apartment also walking distance to persada plus which is imp!

Highest ridership stations will be: Stadium Shah Alam, Sri Andalas, one Utama with these stations having above 100k ridership perday!!

packages will be given out by Q1 2016 n work will start then n finish by aug 2020.. looking at existing LRT progress i give them 6-12 months extra la.. if it was MCM Gamudas or UEMs i CONFIDENT with the end product n the timeline !

strongly doubt it.. klang town is a bangla town n MOST ppl hang out in Bukit tinggi area (i vested thr ) or even Bandar Baru Klang.. Combined bkt tinggi 1 n 2 bayu tinggi n botanic have more than 2000-3000 shops with many diff biznes thr!

the north klang area frm the town near famous boston baru until meru is REALLY BAD n i avoid when i go fr seafood/bahkuteh/yc in Klang! Let's see how it turns out..

A source close to the selection process for the LRT3 project said the announcement appointing MRCB-George Kent had shocked the industry as George Kent was known to have problems in the construction of the Ampang Line LRT extension, which was completed a year later than scheduled.

"Although the company claimed that the delay was not due to them, it had still given Prasarana a poor image as the owner of the nation's LRT.

"In addition, MRCB's appointment as George Kent's partner to form a consortium to bid for the LRT project is also strange as MRCB was better known as a developer in the commercial sector and not in the transport industry," the source told The Malaysian Insider on the condition of anonymity.

According to the source, many analysts thought UEM was better equipped and experienced to build the LRT3 as it has been involved in such projects previously.

UEM is also a subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional, a company wholly-owned by the government and would have a better chance at winning the bid because of its good track record in building LRT lines.

1 hour is quite good but from glenmarie/station 3 to klcc is only 33 min nia??

Any figure showing how many % of bkt tinggi/ botanic pasang lang working in klcc??

setia alam will be around 12-15mins to lrt jln meru near klang parade..

boss, bandar puteri klang to d station is quite a distance right? not so close to lets say botanic or bkt tinggi.. do u think landed like cassia precint in botanic will hv d best appreciation due to walking distance to lrt3 station?

malls along lrt route: AEON Bukit tinggi (80m-very close), I City(800m-1km quite far leh), AEON Shah Alam (300m reasonable), 1Utama (quite far also)
