its just likes mrt museum and kl sentral, as soon as its covered and link, security and convenient will be fine for interchange.

no, the brt idea is bad on that route, enhance ktm along federal highway will make more sense

have you lived next to LRT track before or not? trains started about 4am or 4.30am and only stopped passed mid night.

those house landlord only owned the land of the house not the outside, as soon as it follow the guideline, nothing can be challenge.

my hometown house was inside undeveloped kampung, after 15 years the local council just decide to built one of the city ring road in front our house and neighborhood house. the original plan is take over all of the houses but due to 2008 economy crisis, the local council take the cheaper way, now the ring road just in front 5m of our house and it's follow guideline.

that why i buy house selection is make sure surround by houses and avoid any first/ last row that seem more privacy.
