No need to put foundation on your eyelid after you place eye primer on your eyelid..but if you have eyeshadow base also can apply after primer
Primer job is to avoid extra coloring trap on your skin and lock the eyeshadow/foundation color on your face so it wont go anywhere other than on your face lol
