After the makeup primer on my whole face and eyelids, do i need to put on a foundation first on the eyelid before I put eyeshadow? can anyone teach me?

No need to put foundation on your eyelid after you place eye primer on your eyelid..but if you have eyeshadow base also can apply after primer  Primer job is to avoid extra coloring trap on your skin and lock the eyeshadow/foundation color on your face so it wont go anywhere other than on your face lol |
