Hello,

I bought 1 tub on whey at one no-name newly opened supp shop. I just want to know if it is authentic or not. Help me pls since I am newbie here and this is my first time buying this. sweat.gif

this shop is nearest to my house (don't want to drive 60km+ just to buy a tub of protein) and buying online is just too much hassle in my case (rural area) sweat.gif

If you live in kampung, chickens are god-tier brotein food, why not opt for nice whole chicken for your intake? You know it's fresh, as the farmer slit its throat and let it bleed and die in front of you as you watch, cook it to your liking.
