QUOTE(cfa28 @ Jul 16 2014, 11:58 PM)
Bro, I.got better suggestions.

U ask yiur father or elderly relatives if a young girl did the same to them, what would they say.

Probably sabar like the old uncle but would u be happy with just.an apology.

If an apology can settle this, next time all road bullies can do the same.

Just take at, hit.other car.

If.caught just say sentimental, emotional.

People who commit crime must pay the price.

Does not.matter if other party accepts apologies.

Humans are forgiving by nature but the law and order must prevail.

If the uncle can be happy with just an apology, I don't see any reason why I cannot. Yeah, people who commit crime should pay for their crime but this case is small one. She did it impulsively. It's not like a pre-planned crime and she already got what she deserved and paid the price for her stupid crime.

If it happen to me, I will probably confront her. If I choose not to press charges and forgive her but the police want to charge her, then that's between her and the law. Nothing got to do with me already since I already forgive her. Did she deserve the punishment? Totally yes

the apology isn't going to the uncle and auntie at all,
she apologise to malaysians for her action but of cause saying not her intention and giving excuses..

This girl should enter some anger management or counseling camp..make her do some 100 hours gotong-royong thing..after that continue monitoring her as to control her temper..she is dangerous..

If really just apologise n kiss my ass nth happen...I'm gonna buy the same steering lock n put in the car..maybe someday I'm able to use it with sorry later n no punishment..

From your article
QUOTE
The woman at the centre of a video that has gone viral after threatening an elderly man, Sim Siak Hong, over a traffic incident in Kuantan, Pahang, has apologised.

In a series of postings on her Facebook page, Kiki Kerja Kahwin, she pleaded for the removal of the video.

"Please spread the word of my sincere apologies to all Malaysians about my action. That's not my intention. That's my personal mistakes and anger. I alone am to be blamed,” she said.

Totaly agree bro.

Never questioned the sincerity of her apology but law must take its course and not just drop, NFA cos it's Ramadan.

From video evidence it's clear there is element of criminal intimidation and deliberate destruction of private property.
So let pdrm and court decided.

why not Petronas take this opportunity to make a Raya video with both of them, add some after scene story, etc, etc.  Then happy ending.

Later continue the video, after many month (CNY time), she go and vist the uncle with mandarin orange and uncle invite her in. Bla Bla bla..

Or Petronas/JPJ should remake the scenario and how it should be done in such event.

Kurang ajar betul.

Can use proper channel to solve dispute but end up yielding a weapon and smashed uncle's car, some more during holy month. Not so holy I guess for the two.

People here should go get a life or something. Or otherwise I will personally bonk each one of you on the head with a steering lock until you see common sense.

Kesian how some ppl sympathise her suddenly just because her business might go down after this and that she's been cyber bullied. thess are the consequences of her actions. this should not be confused by a legal punishment on her just like how unker sim has to pay a fine for his recklessness. and obviously, this shouldn't be classed as equivalent to rape, murder, snatch theft but isn't this the reason why we have different acts to be taken upon the criminal for the different crimes committed?
