Purely bcoz of what she did. I think this is a road bully case dy. She does not seem to be fit to be a driver on the road if she cannot control her emotion. If the law juz let her go without any form of punishment, she won't know what she did wrong, the next time in an accident, same case will happen again. So some form of punishment from the law shud b applied onto her. Yea, maybe community service or fine.

What form of punishment to be applied onto her, that is to be decided by the court.

Let me answer that. I want her to get psychological evaluation, anger management therapy, n at least 1 year of community service. Only if she pleads guilty n do public apology in court.

If she shows no remorse in her action, n her apology does not sound like 1, then yes, she should be jailed at least 6 month, fined 5k, license revoked for 2 years n require to take license back after that, n 1 year community service.
