I have a very strange problem and hope all the sifus here can help explain why and how to rectify it.
Had been using my Honor 3C for more than 6 months with no issues until recently. I'm using Streamyx 8MB with router always on. But due to violent thunderstorms recently, I decided to switch off and pull the plugs out. After that, on reconnection, my Honor 3C although shows CONNECTED to wifi, can't suft, can't Whatsapp, can't FB. All my other appliances ( Samsung Note, Xiaomi, laptops) have no problems connecting to the net.
Stranger still, when in other places with wifi eg, Starbucks , it can connect, send and receive data!!!I can FB, whatsapp like nothing wrong. But when back home, it can't !
This is most puzzling. Can anyone help?
Things I have tried: 1) Reboot 2) Take out battery , SD and Maxis card and reinstall 3.) Reset router. Nothing works.

Thanks myeddylim. Thanks for fast advice. I'm not very tech savvy. Q: How to change wifi channel? Q: Will it affect my other appliances. eg: the others can't log on later on.?

Yes, I am using TP Link wireless + modem router . Had already discard the router by Streamyx and use this one.

I still need help here. I'm trying to log on to 192.168.1.1 which was advised by the TPLink manual book. But I 've been trying for hours. I just cant log in. The browser tab just show a twirling circle trying to log in but no response. Clicking on the icon beside the address bar reviews " Identity not verify". What does that mean? How to go over it?

Yup, I did that, using cable. Still can't connect to the IP address. I called up Streamyx. They can't find anything wrong with it's system and router and thoght it may be some security setting in my phone that prevent my phone from connecting to this router.
Is there anyway to check this?
