Well my company is using Exchange and recently updated the policy to force all phone that retrieve email to be encrypted. So far I tried using the default Internet client and Mailwise but can't seem to get it to work. I need to encrypt my phone but so far I can't find that option in the phone's Security menu. My previous Desire HD has that though, not sure how to overcome this now

I just tried to update my honor 3c from B266 to malaysia official firmware but i got into softbrick (vibration only), may i know how to recover for this softbrick? MY set.
