My friend don't like 4C is because battery is not changeable (Build in)
Without 1 to 1 exchange within 6 months but still provide one year warranty right ?

About 1 to 1 exchange within 6 months issue, my the other friends having problem with always auto reboot.
He called Johor Bahru service center, they said they won't accept the set those purchase online, ask to send
the unit to KL service center.
My friend online chat with Vmall, they also ask send the unit to KL, and inform need two weeks time for checking,
they will try to repair, if cannot repair then replace with new set. Is this mean for their 1 to 1 exchange policy?
Very confusing about their warranty rules !!

For service defect unit, is it all must send to KL ? If yes, is really not convenient for those users from other state like us.

Recently my 3C , every time incoming call, GPS automatic enable, anyone can share advises? Only happen during receive incoming call !
