Fedex for the past two weeks has been a failure. I had two orders last week (one ups and one fedex) and UPS shipment came on Monday. Fedex package is still nowhere to be seen.

anyone can help me with UPS? they tried sending my package today, but no one is at home. so they asked me to change delivery address to my office. But i can't find the option to change it in the tracking page.

Call Fedex 1st, ask who signed it. U did not signed it. And oso said ur mum was a bit paranoid, so did not sign. Maybe they update the system wrongly kut. it's possible.

oh, meaning sign digitally? didn't knew that. Coz my mi3 Fedex sub it to Gdex to deliver to me. lel.

are you suppose to use it this way, charging another device while charging the powerbank

RECOMMENDED to use the supplied xiaomi USB cable and charge with charger with current output above 2000mA (2A).

When using charger with 1000mA output, 10400mAh pb will be fully charged in about 10400/1000=10.4 hour
When using charger with 2000mA output, 10400mAh pb will be fully charged in about 10400/2000=5.2 hour
My colleague tried to charge using laptop USB, it does not fully charge even after 24 hours! She starts cursing 'China product cannot trust one, new unit already defective, why you recommend me to buy, cheap thing no good!'. So now, when some brand-conscious friend ask about xiaomi pb or phone, I just scare them that xiaomi may burst into flame, don't buy.

I tried using a 2000mA output charger with my original samsung USB cable, my 10400mAh pb needs 7-8 hours to fully charge! When switch to xiaomi USB cable, fully charge in less than 6 hours.
