I got the same message when I check the tracking number. Today morning when I try to look again, it says delivered yesterday at 2PM! I did not receive my item. Called fedex and they will call me back later. Will take at least a day. Checked with colleagues, nobody receives anything.. ;(

Which courier service u use to try to track?

If the number u use is not working, then u need to wait for the transport number to appear only u can track. They use 2 courier services, which is UPS and Fedex.

To those who want to check on the go, you guys can use this app which I found quite useful.

this mean they are preparing to ship. until there's a tracking number, you can't track anything yet at the moment.

You need to have transport number first to track at either FEDEX website or UPS website.

yes. that's the delivery id. doesn't mean much. the transport id is the tracking. If there's only number = Fedex. Got ABC in between = UPS.

Encountered that before. Call them and flame them thrice a day and they will get it back and send it to you. Free saturday delivery

They called me back and apparently someone has claimed the parcel. The representative sent me the photo of the signature and I.C number, and that was not me! I have checked with my H.R department whether anyone with the I.C and the result is negative. I have even checked with the organization next door and no result.

I guess the delivery guy passed to a wrong person... this is absolutely bad! The representative is trying to get hold of the driver right now and will update me.

This is what happened to me as well. Insist them to get the package back today and have it sent to your house/ your desirable location tomorrow! Fedex is getting shitty in Klang Valley.

Anyone pay xiaomi using Citibank cash rebate master card?

My Citibank cash rebate card cannot make payment to xiaomi.

Error message:
"The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please use another credit or debit card number"

I also made many calls to Citibank and they keep blaming PayPal. But, I can pay PayPal using cimb card.

After so many days still cannot solve.... Anyone face this problem?

Since you mention 810, I think you'd save for it. mi4 is not worth it. before xiaomi came to malaysia, typical citizens just upgrade every two years. once xiaomi was introduced to malaysians, everyone buy Mi3. I predict that everyone will buy Mi4 once it is released in malaysia because of the price. S800 is powerful enough to handle the latest games so I dont think there will be a problem for the future game releases in two years. why upgrade so soon when it is still usable for the next two years? LTE? Can you get LTE reception everywhere you go? Better colour reproduction? i believe you can tweak your Mi3 to your liking and it will last you. Camera? You want to upgrade because of the camera?
