Been to Mutiara once, not so satisfied. I listed out list of problems I had with my car, the advisor said, we can't fix all due to high volume of cars in que during festive season few months ago.
I was fine with that. Can address next time. But what pisses me off is, i arrived early and was told it will be done in 2 hours. Great.
But what pisses me off is only 1 hour later the car moved into the service bay. Then can see from the window, the attitude of those people like 'malas kerja' or holiday mood already.
In the end, my car was ready 5 hours later. I was upset because I could have just drop the car off and pick up later. Bear in mind, this is just basic 1st service, EO change, filter change, that's it. I can't accept high volume as a solid reason. Even if there are many cars to service, don't say 2 hours. Damn.
Now for 2nd service, I was reading this forum and saw many good reviews about Senaxis. Called them up, 3 rings and someone answered. I am shocked, because other centers i called up, no answer. Fed up of waiting for my call to be answered.
The guy sounded very very friendly and said I can come now. I was like, what? walk in service? no appointment?
So yeah i will let you guys know how it goes

QUOTE(rainbow6 @ Dec 28 2015, 07:16 PM) Next service, @Mutiara unless someone can say that last one month visit is terrible. I was informed that major overhaul was made to that center in terms of manpower. Since Nov, new manager, best and promoted staffs from other SCs were transferred there. Mutiara is by appointment only. +1 @bukit maluri. What? Really? Then the processes should be big improvement. I am suppose to go there to do my next service, but after my service few months ago i decided not to return. QUOTE(:3mushy:3 @ Dec 29 2015, 06:59 AM) Mixed service at Mutiara. I had a minor problem with my Preve (CVT error - delay 1 second to move after engaging D), went to the receptionist, she insisted that I had to make an appointment. Drove around the block, went straight to the service bay and ask the foreman to check and fixed it instantly Wow u drove around & enter the service area straight? Lol. Im surprised they entertained u.

QUOTE(:3mushy:3 @ Dec 29 2015, 07:59 AM) I did. They hooked my car with their service laptop and ran diagnostic, and even test drove after that. Lol, suprised they entertained you walking into the service bay just like that. Normally no one is allowed into the service bay right? THey will tell u to wait in the waiting room and u can see through the window.

Update: Service at Senaxis. I will give it a They will really listen to the problems of your car. When other customers come in, I will hear the service manager asking if there are any problems with customers' cars. They are also very honest when giving advise or feedback with your car problems. I will definitely come back here for next service. Am also thinking of bringing my other proton cars here to service.
