Hi all, in a bit of a pickle. My grandmother had an accident in the house while at the wheel of the Persona that we have. Car is in pretty bad shape. Went head first into a beam of our porch.

It's my first time claiming insurance. Called the insurer and they said they'll cover it as the coverage is comprehensive. Any advice where I should send it? I'd prefer it was a Proton SC/Body & paint centre. Just to be sure they know what they're doing.

Please send help :/ appreciate any thoughts and opinions. I called Senaxis and they said their shop doesn't have everything under one roof, so they can't help. Would it be advisable to send it to the Section 13 branch?

EDIT:

The car was manufactured in 2011, am assuming the warranty kaput already. Should I just send it to a non-Proton affiliated workshop? Have a feeling they'll do a dodgy job. Insurance is under Allianz btw.

Why don't you send in to any one of your insurance company's panel workshops? I think they are more capable than those potong sc!
