Btw guys, i would like to ask, this evening i jz signed my agreement with my banker. But i didn't really read the contract. Do u guys usually read the contract first before sign? Or just sign without read? Coz the contract itself is very thick layers of papers.

Hi...All...Need to clarify on the downpayment related matter....
I have booked a V-Spec and deposit already paid previously...
The Loan Agreement is ready to sign now and thus SA asked me to sign the said agreement (65K Loan) and also make the balance downpayment before his company can proceed to register the car with JPJ and etc...

Now my question is.....is this the normal procedure as I seen other mentioned that they saw the car 1st only then pay the downpayment...

Also, i tried to sound the alarm by purposely letting one door open and locking the doors with remote, there is no alarm at all...any idea?

I face the same thing. My bonet open and I lock the car but no alarm.. I wonder if this car has no alarm =.=

When I test drove it the first two things that straightaway I realise is the tyre and engine noise is quite loud. Took me by surprise actually but to owners here is it actually that bad? I see the majority of posts also talk about sound proofing (which I rather not do). How bad is it.

Lets say RM83k (e-spec), RM8.3k - 5k ... we only need to pay 3.3k only as downpayment. Do they allow us to swipe credit card for this 10% downpayment?

I am planning to get Honda City E Spec and I am from Seremban but before doing so, I would like to ask some question to assist me in buying the car and also add some other good stuffs.

Today, I went to the Honda and the SA has given me the following and price and gift:
1. Honda Rebate 3,000 + SA Rebate 1,000 = 4,000 Rebate
2. Free Gifts = Full Petrol + Smart Tag + tinted voucher (got other Honda gifts but didn't tell me what it is)
So, are those given price and items okay? As the previous pages got some people mentioned that can get from 4.5K to 5.5K?
If you already have a Smart Tag or if you don't have one and you feel it's necessary, by all means include it as a free gift. Otherwise, tell your SA you don't need it and nego for a slightly higher rebate. Same goes for the tinting voucher. I don't know what tinting brand is for the voucher but I think you can decline it for a better rebate and do your tinting outside. In this forum, got a few fellas can offer you better prices I feel.

Besides that, the SA did call the honda tinting person to serve me on the tinted and introduced me Raytech, is it good and worth it? but later on the SA told me to better get Vkool as its the best and cheap?
Ask the SA how much is the tinting for Raytech and Vkool and perhaps other brands. Then scout around the Automotive Garage section in this forum to compare the prices

Same here. Dont over 120km/h. Tested yesterday on highway and traffic jam at seremban and senawang. But avg still 18-19 km/l.

1) How to play songs from phone or USB? Mine is the the most expensive variant, I saw there's a USB port there, if I plug in pendrive, will it play songs?

2) Is it possible to install a rear camera?

3) How do you guys measure the fuel consumption? by guessing?

Thought it will be playing the song while charging when I plug in using USB?
This is the case for civic thou. not sure about this city.
