I'm assuming when you say shuffle, you mean that each team will have a balance of players from different brackets? It'll be a little hard to execute, but if we manage to pull it off, it'll make for a great tourney.

Maybe we should start off by making a list of eligible players. From my experience, the second prizes are announced, a whole ton of smurfs join up to score free items.

i think no need prizes la....just a friendly tourney will do...for the sake of fun and bonding maybe....
and to avoid unnecessary smurfs and unfairness

CocoMonGo yeah normally at around 9:45 to 10PM you can start checking the guild chat. Why it is 10PM? Don't ask me it is just that everyone mostly online during this time

Actually I do wanna make a mini tourney for our guild, shuffle players or whatever also no problem. But appreciate if anyone can give some ideas or help on this as well

Best if we can rank players by MMR, at least you dont group all high and low in a team... Mixture of MMRs would be best...

We can start by getting a name list for all those who are interested in joining this tourney with their MMR rankings... Easy to check MMR, either ask them to make their profile public/screen shot it...

Once done we then can shuffle and arrange them in teams of 5...

Just an idea to start off with... Feel free to tweak

otherwise, we oni can evaluate thru lobby games which is quite hard and troublesome...

Thats the only way i guess to at least split the teams and make it more balanced. At least its a rough idea.

Yeap definitely can evaluate through lobby games.. Too time consuming and very subjective as well.

As of now, I think priority is to get at least 4 team to make this possible

I know some of the members always invite 1-2 of their friends to join lobby as well.

Some might need to loosen up the rule for players within our guild only in order to get more participants.
