On Streamyx 4MBps, there was no UI lag but there's some control lag by roughly half a second. I couldn't connect to online play while on Unifi network. So I can't really deduced whether it's internet connection issue or is it the remote location of the server (EU/UK) is causing the issue.

But after a while ur brain and hand will auto-compensate for the lag.

Ya i think so too. As much i like PES gameplay over FIFA but to me PES is just not playable without those full patch and PESEDIT make the best patch. Not to blame KONAMI or something as EA pretty much monopoly most license. But the new PES engine they use for 2014 and 2015 just seem disappointing. I have skip PES2014 ask i feel player are gliding on the pitch like skating rather than PES2013 that feel more weight. Plan to try PES2015 but without PESEDIT, guess i will just skip too.

Even i am a PES fan but i have to admit that PES online play/network is way behind FIFA. Those looking for online play should just go for FIFA.

Have any of you guys played friendlies/exhibition matches with people from the same country/region? If yes, how is it in terms of the overall online experience?

Hey guys. Just wanted to check on system requirement.

My current setup is: AMD A64 X2 5200+, 2GB DDR2 & GeForce 7600GT.

I am planning to get a used 9800GT or something slightly better. Do u think i'll be able to run PES2015 (or PES2014) smoothly under MEDIUM setting?

Seriously, im not sure whats the buzz around with people complaining much bout this game.
Yes, it does have it's downfall especially for PCs (damn it Konami!) but hey, if you're playing this series since back then, you'll surely agree that PES is all about its gameplay.

Well, with that being said, here's some of my opinion regarding this game. Oh, and no i don't play online as the crappy internut i have down here, a hardcore ML fan I'd admit.

Pros:
- Superb gameplay, AI doesn't 'cheat' anymore with their unlogical powers & sudden lost of pace (u surely know what i mean )
- Passing are more realistic than ever
- Through passes are fixed from previous series where the AI think it knows better than us, therefore through passes are really useful this time around
- Players & ball's physics are awesome, so much realistic and no more 'gameish' turn around or 1st touch
- AI are definately better, players positioning are much improved
- Players stamina are really noticeable where subbed in players are much more agile than players who've start the game, therefore it's useful when you're chasing a game
- Goalies are more clever in making saves & positioning
- Games are much harder, noticeable in ML (yes, im bored of winning each game from last series)

Cons:
- Ofcourse, the cut scenes....but heck, i could live with that no problem
- Shooting are sometimes looks beyond logic with the pace of the ball (seedorf's shooting i call it )
- passing direction are locked even with assist, which means it wont allow u to make a change of direction hence losing out the ball to either opposition or out of play (super cancel? nope, i prefer the AI to do it's job)

Overall, i'd gladly admit im hooked into this game for another long year even w/o the famous PESEdit patch (well, there's plenty others to come for sure).

Gameplay: 9/10
Overall game: 7/10

I usually go with 4-1-2-2-1 with possesion game

1 holding defensive midfielder
2 center midfielders
2 attacking midfielders
1 center forward

Defensively, 4-3-2-1

3 defensive midfield is usefull while defending haha

## The best trick is not to try tackling / pressure much while defending as the chances of those godlike dribbling would just leave u behind....just try to follow the attacking player as close as possible to close the gaps & only make a tackle when ure sure ure gonna get the ball, eventually they'll just make stupid mistakes/passes & possesion goes back to u
