How old is your car and is it the low-spec Preve or the high-spec Preve Turbo. Certainly a very serious problem and the service centre needs to fix your car immediately.

Does all keyhole standard in size? I would like to buy this Switch Cover to assist night starting (Preve Executive). I believe it's glow-in-the-dark approach which means no need wiring

if possible then i would buy the same too : smile.gif

Currently my mileage is 6800km. For the 1st service I poured shell helix semi synthetic. In the sticker they put 6000km for the 2nd service. This time i plan to pour full synthetic but then wen i called and ask the SC to book date and also regardign topup on engine oil since im having voucher the person told me 10000km only I can use the voucher. Which means should i wait till 10000km? Any idea why the previous SC put 6km although i rejected the mach5 mineral oil and poured semi synthetic. Sifu;s help

Is it 6k km or 6k miles? EO nowadays although a semi can actually last until 10k km (6k miles).

P/S Whatever you do the servicing, get the agreement from the SC as not to loose your warranty.

First, I am no sifu.

My suggestions:

* find out what is normal mileage for Helix semi synthetic. 5k, 10k?
* the 6k written on the sticker is the sticker they put on the wind screen right? And not the sticker from Helix, right?

If Helix ss is ok for 10K km mileage (I assume you used that at your 1000 km service), then I suggest to do your next service at 10k km.

If Helix ss cannot do 10k km, then do another service at 6k km using Helix or Mach 5. At 10k km service, change to the full synthetic EO you want.

Cheerio.

thx bro

So a new design right? your car which year?
I thought mine is the latest version because just bought the car last month, but somehow the "bull sound" is still there. Maybe not so loud compared to old version casing.

mine is 2-14 ancap model and as per said by users here the new design is different thumbup.gif
