1. Better not use instant FC as your overall FC as instant FC can vary from 0 to 30 L/100km. Proton stated 6.6L/100km as their Preve FC. So good to see that at times it can achieve that.
2. Good to know that it is not from the engine exhaust.
3. I see. I thought your RIM damage was due to unsealed road with gravels hitting the rim. I can relate to your parking incident where the rim got damaged. Preve body is wider than Wira and the driver's location is closer to the front. Thus Preve's orientation/location can be a problem when parking or turning left at a T junction. My rear left wheel hit the road concrete barrier when existing at a T junction after breakfast with my wife. Now I pay more attention and care in parking and turning left.
My sis who drove Persona 'gives' instruction on how to park. I parked at the same spot 3 times successfully but when she gave the instructions, I scrapped the rim to the side barrier

1. Judging the fuel economy from the money you spend to pay for petrol at the pump station, weekly or monthly, may be better indication that basing on the FC instantaneous reading of the vehicle. Don't know how accurate is the digital instantaneous FC meter of the vehicle as I find it weird that it shows 0L/100km when the car is stationary (should be around 1L +/-).
2. Assuming the setting of the air circulation of your car is at the right position(set to internal circulation rather than having outside air flowing into your car), then chances are something is wrong with the air filter, and some adjustment to it is required.
1. According to the manual book, if the FC is less than 3L/100km, it will show 0L/100km. That is what I read

I think Vikneswaranc has hit the nail on the head. The light on the 3rd knob indicates that air is recirculated in the car. If the light is not on, then it indicates that air from outside is fed into the car. Thus you get the smell when you pass by that area.

Exactly thats my point.. because he mentioned that even if a bike passed by, the smell comes in the car..make sure u press the 3rd knob and the light have to be lit.
I will check further more on this. I may/may not turn on the third knob lights on while driving (I didn't even know what it does

). Will give you all an update tonight. Thanks for attending my questions. Newbie with Preve as first car
